OK... day 2 ... went to the gym today... 50 minutes of cardio... well done, Cindy!
Diet was managed appropriately :)
will be missing gym tomorrow, but will def be watching my diet as I go out to dinner with mom :)

Day 1
Ok... so far so good! 50 minutes of cardio at the gym.... drinking water... had a protein shake for breakfast (yay me!) 30 minutes after I got up.
Protein bar just after working out...
Hamburger... no bread for lunch
weight... 168.6 (ok.. more like 170 than not :)

Starting My Journey To Fitness.... Day 1 will be tomorrow:)
I have 35 lbs to lose.... it's estimated it will take me until December to reach my goal.... hmmmm wonder if I can do better than that? I'm big on instant gratification and to think that I have to wait over 6 months to meet my ultimate goal is a definate long term goal... I realize this will take baby steps and a lot of discipline.
Tomorrow is Day 1 .... I will get on the scales first thing in the morning... Get Buddy to help me get my measurments... then get dressed for church. After church we will go to the gym and work out. I've been going pretty regular for the past 2 weeks... whoopee!! My goal is to go to the gym at the very least, 3 times a week.
Tomorrow I will post my stats...
